is someone who we have gotten to know over the past few years and we are extremely grateful for it. Not only is she a standout volleyball player skill-wise, but she is a tremendous teammate and super positive to everyone she meets. In our opinion, she embodies all of the aspects of leadership that you would want in a player. We love how she is welcoming to all players regardless of if she knows them or not. You can tell by interacting with her in any circumstance that she was raised by great parents and understands the core values of humanity. Always creating a sense of togetherness with her squad all while staying super competitive at the same time, Miss White is a true joy to coach. Her position is middle blocker and they have a tough time patrolling the net over and over from sideline to sideline, but Gracie never takes a play off and has such a tremendous motor, which helps her squad’s scheme work to perfection. We talk about intangibles a lot when it comes to scouting players and Gracie has every single one that is highly touted from college coaches. Leadership, great work ethic, effort, trust, follows instruction well, and tons of heart are just a few that I can think of now. If you have not seen this young lady play, I strongly urge you to give her a look. Please help us congratulate this awesome young lady for earning this prestigious prize.

Gracie is currently ranked as the 11th best overall player in the 2028 grad class according to our Texas State Ranking List. We have loved every second that she has been in the gym with us at our past showcases. Miss White definitely steps up the competition with how she battles all along the net on both ends of the game. As a defensive stopper, she uses her length and strength to her advantage when she presses over the net while blocking. By always keeping her arms high, she wastes no time in sealing the net away from attackers. On the offensive end, her timing is impeccable for quick attacks. She really wants that top middle blocker spot and by competing in the gym amongst the state’s best in front of our scouts, she will definitely be making a strong case for herself. We will definitely have a follow up article on what we see from her. Stay tuned!

Gracie is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but that is only because we have not released them yet. There is not a question of if she will be ranked, but rather where I will place her. She plays volleyball at Plano West High School and club for the Madfrog volleyball program. This young juggernaut has been written about by us a few times and here is a reminder of what we stated prior to the event, ”Miss White attended our freshman showcase back in July and showed out to everyone in attendance. She was one of the Top Performers of the entire session with her stellar play at the net. The physicality that she is able to bring the position at this young age is really telling about her ceiling to improve. The sky is the limit if you ask me. Her court coaches and I agree that she is not only a monster volleyball player, but has such a nice attitude as well. As a blocker, the length in her six foot three frame is matched by great timing and excellent blocking technique. Her lateral movement is pretty fast to close the block at the pins. I can’t wait to see in person how much she has improved after her freshman season on varsity.” I was thoroughly impressed with a lot of what I saw from her. She is looking super strong in her first step toward the pins while blocking and also in her first step toward the setter during her approach. One year of varsity volleyball and growing more into her frame should have her opponents afraid of what is to come. If you thought she was good last year, this year you will see more power when she battles at the net. All of our court coaches agreed that she was one of the best players in attendance. You could see that her court vision is getting so much better and she is moving faster and earlier toward the correct attackers before they are getting set. She is able to read the play before it happens and if is from gaining all of the experience from this past high school season. Please help me congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this Expo.
