Stave brought impressive athleticism and explosiveness to the outside. She consistently played above the net with a high vertical jump, fast arm swing, and dynamic attacking style. Her ball control across the backcourt is steady and consistent. Stave also displayed excellent hands, allowing her to contribute in multiple areas of the game.

Greta Stave Greta Stave 5'6" | RS/OH McDaniel | 2029 State OR showed a polished offensive game throughout the showcase. She attacked with a high contact point, stayed explosive through her approach, and did a nice job finding attacking windows against the block. What caught my attention was how she mixed pace into her offense. Stave, a freshman for McDaniel, is fast, aggressive, and smart with her swings. She covers herself well when she hits into the block, giving her another chance to attack. She has great out of system sets when in the backrow and always makes a move to the ball.

Stave is a natural athlete, jumping high in the air to get on top of the ball. She lays out for every ball and works hard to be an offensive option for any setter.
