Harper is a player who is incredibly competitive. She was a stock-riser in this class and exploded into the #3 spot. Her performance during the high school season was just fun to watch. Harper stepped up as a leader in all six rotations and just dominated. Besides her high-level physical talent and all-around play, Harper truly stood out as a great teammate, especially at the Exposure Tour. No matter who she was next to, what grade they were in, she was always chatting, high-fiving, and just enjoying the game. The combination of Harper’s skill and intangibles makes her a true all-around athlete who can positively impact nearly every aspect of the game.

Harper Wendlick Harper Wendlick 6'0" | OH DSHA | 2028 State WI is going to be a name to know from the Class of 2028 in Wisconsin where she is coming off a huge sophomore season from DSHA.  The outside hitter brings a high level of athleticism and physicality to the court. She led the Dashers with 376 kills and was just shy of 300 digs.  She might be the most well rounded six rotation outside in the state from the Class of 2028 in Wisconsin.  Her style of play elevates others on the court. 

Harper has been a go-to hitter for DSHA throughout the entire season, but she was absolutely dominant during the tournament. Her statistics read more like a committed senior than a sophomore playing her first year in all six rotations on varsity. In the quarterfinals, Harper had 12 kills, 11 digs, and 2 blocks, and in the semifinals, she recorded 16 kills, 2 aces, and 6 digs. During the championship match, Harper was a huge presence on defense and in serve receive. She is a player who will only continue to be a 6-rotation threat on the court.

Harper is a pin who can take over a match. Her all-around play is truly impressive. She never misses a beat. She can dominate in the pass to attack game, and her backrow attack is lethal. No matter what role she plays in a game, Harper makes an impact as a leader and athlete. She finds the balance between being an energizer and a competitor.

Harper is a player who could be an impact player in this class. She was on the varsity roster for DSHA her freshman year, an amazing feat, especially considering they just won their third straight state championship. Harper has a great volleyball IQ and good court awareness. She does the little things right and that helps her manufacture points.
