It was a senior year to rewrite the record books. Hass notched over 600 digs before GACC made the trip to Lincoln–besting all of her peers in any class. Watching Hass in live action revealed the method behind those head-spinning totals. The Bluejays did an excellent job of funneling tips and roll shots toward their senior libero, who promptly delivered one perfect transition dig after another.

Here’s the digging machine for Guardian Angels Central Catholic. Hass has a real chance to track down 2,000 career digs this season after putting up head-spinning numbers in her first three years with the Bluejays. Averaging six digs per set would be nothing new for Hass, and that’s the kind of stat-stuffing leadership we should expect in her final season.

Hass’ proficiency at racking up digs has been something to behold. She’s been the focal point of GACC’s backcourt since the very beginning of her prep career and has compiled anywhere from five to seven digs per set over those few years. There’s a real chance that Hass reaches 2,000 career digs this fall, putting her among the most productive players in Nebraska’s entire 2024 class.
