Pin hitter McKibben is a scrappy and athletic player, who brought a lot of energy to the court for Sheldon this past season, earning 6A Southwest Conference Second-Team honors. McKibben utilizes an explosive approach and smart placements to put the ball down, even when facing large blocks. Out of system, she is controlled and able to put the ball into open court with her arsenal of shots. Although McKibben is a little undersized on the pins, she is nevertheless a solid attacker from any position on the court.

McKibben is a phsyical player. A six-rotation outside hitter, McKibben is a powerhouse from the left pin, hitting around the block expertly and moving her shots out of reach from defenders. From the baseline, McKibben has a formidable jump float serve, which proves challenging for opponents to pass.

McKibben is a versatile attacker, whose athleticism and skill make her terminal from both pins. Her attacking range has improved immensely this year, which has helped McKibben to hit the ball around or through nearly any block that she faces.
