Julia Schneider Julia Schneider Julia Schneider 5'8" | S Oak Creek | 2027 State WI was quite the QB1 for Oak Creek who advanced once again to the D1 state tournament.  She put up stellar numbers with 866 assists on the season, good for 7.2 assists per set.  She has played her club ball for Southwest of the Milwaukee area who has had a talented group of 2027s.  With over 1,000 assists in her career she will start prepping for a big senior season and plans to set at the next level.

Julia is a setter to keep an eye on. She runs the show for the Southwest team and is incredibly gritty. She utilizes every chance she gets to put up a great set for her teammates. Julia is absolutetly fearless on the court and has a great touch on the ball. She is a natural leader and doesn’t miss a beat throughout the match.

Julia ran a 5-1 throughout the tournament for Southwest and was a leader from start to finish. She is an energizer and puts in a lot of hustle. Julia brings so much consistency to the court from the first point to the very last and seems to have endless energy. Southwest made it to the championship of the 16s division, and Julia played a huge role in that team effort.

Schneider and her team made it all the way to the championship on Sunday. Much of this was due to her ability to set clean and consistent balls to her hitters. Each time I watched her this weekend, I was impressed with how good her hands were, that her location was precise, and that her hitters could terminate most balls with ease.
