Brooks shines on serve receive, which was noted early on. Her early angles and space between her body and platform aid in her ability to pass in-system balls. Although a DS/L, Brooks flexed her attacking abilities, showcasing a solid approach and smart shots during Queens and Four-Square.

Brooks, a defensive specialist and outside hitter from Barlow High School, showed off her consistent passing and seamless movement around the court during the Top 250 Expo. Brooks is a very steady back row player, particularly on serve receive, and that control shone through on Sunday as Brooks passed dimes off really tough serves. Although she focused on passing during the Expo, Brooks is also a talented and powerful attacker.
