Neltner (pictured above) is an athletically gifted and Brossart tries to take advantage of it. Neltner plays all six rotations with the ability to hit it hard from both near the net and in the back row. She has solid net approaches, especially from the strong left side. Neltner makes good adjustments for soft hits to throw defenses off. Defensively, Neltner moves quick tracking down balls everywhere, especially in far corners. She’s really worked to improve her blocking in the club season. It has shown with her timing. Neltner had a team-high 244 kills, 338 digs and 37 aces helping Bishop Brossart to a 21-13 record and another All “A” 10th Region crown last year.
