I noticed Harland standing out during the club season and witnessed progress from there early into her senior campaign with the Golden Hawks. Through Mid-Prairie’s first 17 matches of 2025, she ranked among the team leaders with 75 kills (.232). What I notice from club to school ball was Harland’s improved consistency. It’s a combination of executing when she gets a ball to put down and realizing there are some sets that need to just be kept in play. Harland also had contributed 59 digs and 18.0 blocks, illustrating her improvement as an all-around volleyballer.

Harland is one of those student-athletes that finds ways to help winning teams. Her versatility allows her to contribute wherever she’s needed on the court. While Harland does her best work at the pin, she also holds up well in the back row and defends at the net. As a junior, she helped Mid-Prairie reach the Class 3A state tournament by contributing 159 kills (.240), 116 digs and 28 blocks. She ranked third on the squad in ace serves.
