A different kind of hybrid setter, Leah is a defense-first court leader who defends her position better than most in this class. Her size fits well with running a 6-2 at the next level, and can even locate tight passes better than the bigger setters in the class of ‘28. Already receiving some of the highest levels of training in the state at PHP, Leah’s ability to run an offense is already there—-she just needs a little recruiting attention and a little more exposure to prove it.

Another transfer from Empowered to PHP, Leah is a solid and consistent setter from 4A power Carroll. Calm and controlled, Leah is the quintessential setter who leads by example, running down any and all passes to make the set better for her hitters. Miss Adams also defends her position well, as a lot of setters in most classes rely on ONLY their setting skills. She’s a nice departure from the norm, as her all-around play and well-rounded skill set makes her an ideal 6-2 setter for the next level.
