At the East Coast championship she played a solid six rotations. She also fires off a dancing serve that leaves liberos guessing. She needs a little more growth to her 5’7″ height to remain in the front row but she carries the skills to become a solid libero.
Mackenzie can still generate good velocity on her spikes. High school play is littered with liberos finding success as pins. The club season can be more competitive. Blocking becomes more of an issue.

Another potential frosh who could have an impact at North Stafford high school. Mackenzie flashed a strong serve at the Shamrock Showdown stringing a six point serving run with two aces in the finals against Blue Ridge . Unfortunately, it fell short of winning the match as 540 finished in second place.
Mackenzie stood out for her six rotation play in the East Coast championship leading 540 to another second place finish. At 5’7″ she needs a little growth spurt to continue her effectiveness at the pin. At the 14 age group growth is still occurring.
