How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I thrive off of energy. I always aim to step onto the court with positivity and aggression.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Positive mentality is the most important thing on the court. I focus on the “next ball” mindset while reflecting on previous errors to learn from them. I am constantly trying to lift my teammates up and keep a positive mindset.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

President of a service club, Sophomore Ambassador award, National Honor Society, National English Honor Society

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have always had a sense of leadership in every activity. Whether it is being a co-captain on a team or taking charge in a group project, I feel an obligation to step up. Club sports have always been a part of my life. I have developed good teamwork skills through years of competition and extracurriculars. I also volunteer on a regular basis at local animal shelters and lead a service based club

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced issues in the past with my mental health. Those issues set me back for a while, but ultimately led me to be the positive and competitive athlete I am today. I am able to combat the negative feelings on the court and help other players do the same

What type of college are you looking for?

I want a smaller college/university where I get a rigorous education, but also a competitive athletic environment. I love but am not exclusive to a suburban/rural college town. I would like a tough-love coaching staff where I get the best and honest feedback. I’d like a smaller student- teacher ration and some research opportunities as an undergraduate.
