Terrill is another young and dynamic arm from the Cincy area and that competes in the highly competitive GGCL during the high school season. There is a lot of good young talent in that conference and we can expect Terrill to create some big highlights throughout her career ahead at SUA. She is bringing it offensively often for her NKYVC team as part of a dynamic pin duo as she uses her length and contact point well in combination with good pace and ability to spread the ball throughout the opponent’s court. NKYVC 15-1 Tsunami previously earned a USAV bid in the 15 National division.

NKYVC 15-1 Tsunami started this event with a bang going 3-0 on day one as Terrill was a critical part of their offense and point scoring. Whether in or out of system, she made things happen with good body and arm control to swing aggressively when in rhythm and make a smart play when the offense was limited. She is a smart hitter with good awareness and range of tools that helps make up a dynamic left side duo for this team. Losing a tough challenge match, they landed in the 15 Open bracket where they advanced to the semifinal round as they finished 35th overall.

Terrill arrived at the club season after a terrific high school season for St. Ursula (Cincy) through which she was second on the team offensively at over 200 kills and a 2.6 k/s average. This was good enough to land her among the top ten leaders in the tough GGCL as SUA advanced to the DI regional final round. At 5’11, she has offensive tools that can make plays in any situation whether in system or not. She can bring good pace on the ball through good approach rhythm while also able to make shots to put pressure on the defense. She and her NKYVC 15-1 Tsunami team recently finished 9th in 15 Open on a 5-2 record at the Nike Classic.

Terrill is having an impressive season as a freshman, including some recent efforts that have showcased her value as an offensive option in SUA’s offense. Since the end of last week, Terrill has contributed consistently as she earned 2.7 k/s over 19 sets played as the Bulldogs saw a flurry of action both in the GGCL and in the non-conference space. Key contributions came in GGCL play as SUA battled to a tough 3-2 loss to MND in which she had 11 kills on a .357 efficiency. She also tallied a team best 13 kills another GGCL 3-2 loss to Ursuline before she terminated a team high 11 kills in a 2-1 win over St. Henry. One of the top freshman in the GGCL, Terrill is currently #7 in the total kills category.

At 5’11, Terrill is establishing her offensive identity well with NKYVC’s top 14U team as she scores a lot of points for them from the left side of the court. She is a hitter that wants the ball and rightfully so given when she can do upon contact. She moves well in her approach work and has good control to swing for power or with placement to find space in the opponent’s court.
