How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play front row primarily except when serving. I really enjoy the game and the competition. I like to be aggressive at the net and will continue to work to improve my skills.

I have been on the varsity team since my freshman year. I like to lead by example with hard work and consistent play.

I lost my mom at a young age. My great aunt and uncle have raised me from an early age. They have instilled values in me such as hard work and being prepared.

A mixed repertoire of swings helped Smith emerge as a sound force in the middle for the Tigers. Smith makes a lot of things happen on ones with a nice rhythm and high attack point. She shoves off blocks for big points. Smith shoves off shots to the sides and does a good job placing overpassed balls away from defenders.

Smith has an outstanding net approach and follow-through. Smith sees the other side then puts great power into balls. Smith has great crosses and can tap balls off blockers for points on ones. Smith is also not afraid to shove balls off blocks. Smith is also a sound blocker for the Tigers. Smith had 127 kills and 55 solo blocks in the fall, helping Bardstown go 16-12 on the season.
