Isaac has mostly hit from outside in recent years, but can fit into a middle role if the right situation comes along. Isaac (pictured) has endured a good bit of change at both the high school and club levels throughout her storied career so making the change to K2 is nothing new to her. Isaac brings such a diverse skill set to the table that teams quickly find ways to involve her as much as possible. Magical things happen with Isaac touches balls. Defenders often step in the way of her hits, but deflect far off them as the result of those sizzlers. Isaac pounds crosses to open parts of the court and can smack down overpassed balls. Isaac produces at all six spots on the court rising up high on blocks and making the simple passes. Isaac had 568 kills, 249 digs and 37 aces in the fall, helping Whitley County go 35-6, win a fourth straight 13th Region crown and go back to the state tournament.

Isaac has made a smooth transition to Whitley County. Isaac has taken on a vocal leadership role and it’s clear her teammates respect her. Isaac is not afraid to call for balls then pound them to different parts of the court, including crosses. Isaac has improved her accuracy from the back row. The six-rotation player has a good wrist snap and makes clean first passes. Isaac does not hesitate to dive after balls when necessary.

Isaac (pictured) had her arm swing measured at 44 miles per hour last summer. It has probably increased after club season. Isaac has improved her vertical and places balls to a number of zones mixing up soft and hard shots. Isaac is not afraid to tip balls to the six zone if teams try to double block her. Isaac also brings great energy to the court. Her strength workouts are paying off.

Isaac has only added on to her dynamic play in the last few weeks for KIVA 16 Red. Isaac has a wicked cutter to the the lines. Isaac brings a lot of energy to the table. Her team relies on her to make plays. Isaac dominates the net on both sides turning away shots and hitting off blocks. Isaac said KIVA 16 Red head coach Melissa Starck-Bean is big on talking. She said she feels she’s gotten louder and more encouraging on this team.

Isaac (pictured) earned the top spot because of her versatility. Isaac is a solid all-around player that found a spot on the top-notch KiVA 16 Red squad. Isaac can hit the ball from all six spots making opponents defend every square inch of the court. Isaac also contributes in blocking, defense and serving. She also takes criticism well. Isaac got pulled during a game Saturday. Instead of turning to anger, Isaac patiently waited to go back in and bettered the ball on her next attempt. She’s working on hitting the tough angle shot from the strong left corner of the net to near the other shallow corner. Isaac has already eclipsed 1,000 kills for her career with 1,109. She had 432 kills, 192 digs and 67 aces in the fall to help North Laurel win a third consecutive 49th District Tournament title.

Isaac is a dynamic six-rotation player for North Laurel and will only improve during club season, playing for an elite squad. Isaac pounds balls to different parts of the court from both the front and back row. She’ll be even harder to defend once she takes some next steps hitting from those back positions. Isaac is also a great passer and server for the Jaguars. Isaac also does a good job with timing on her blocks. Isaac had 432 kills, 192 digs and 67 aces this past fall, helping the Jaguars win a third straight 49th District Tournament crown. Isaac has 1,109 kills for her career.

North Laurel head coach James Hendrix is glad to have her around for two more years for a good number of reasons. The University of Kentucky staff clocked Isaac’s hit at 44 miles per hour last summer. Isaac smacks balls hard to different parts of the court at both the pins and the middle. The six-rotation player also led the Jaguars in passing and serving. Isaac brings solid all-around play to the Jaguars on defense with her outstanding touch and block timing. Hendrix said he’d like to see her be more consistent hitting from the back row, adding she struggles some if she misses some hits from there. Isaac had 432 kills, 192 digs and 67 aces helping North Laurel to a 49th District championship and a spot in the region tournament.
