Scott head coach Andrea Sullivan said Ryann is a great setter who continues to work on her craft. Sullivan credits Ryann for running a quick tempo offense and being a great server. Grigsby is a sound passer and mixes in setovers and setter dumps well throwing opponents off-guard. Before the season, Sullivan said she wanted Grigsby to work on putting up solid blocks in the front row and Grigsby has delivered. Grigsby has 29 assisted and one solo block on the season to go with 968 assists, 55 kills, 253 digs and 42 aces.
