Saylor Greff Saylor Greff 5'9" | MB Bismarck | 2029 State ND is #4 among our 2029 middle blockers, and she’s one of my favorites to watch. I love the way she plays the game. She’s fast, aggressive, and brings a level of intensity to the net you don’t always see from players this young. There’s no hesitation in how she attacks the ball, and that quick, aggressive mentality is exactly what I want to see from a middle. The position demands split-second decisions, whether you’re getting up for an attack or reacting to what’s happening on the other side of the net. Saylor has that natural competitive instinct, and I value it a lot when evaluating young players. You can teach footwork and refine technique, but that willingness to compete for every ball is much harder to teach. That’s why I have her sitting at #4.
