Dabney makes sound passes then quickly transition to offense. Dabney takes solid line swings. Dabney sends across hard line drive serves. Dabney is turning into a solid all-around player. She makes the simple passes using a great platform. Dabney is not afraid to lunge to her sides to make plays on balls. Dabney continues to find ways to mix up hard shots and tips. Her diversity will only increase as the season progresses.

Dabney (pictured) takes great approaches at the net and gets on top of balls to put a lot of zip into them. Dabney also records sound play at the net with her blocking. Dabney will only improve that much more during club season with the talent around her.

Dabney emerged as a nice outside threat for Woodford County in the fall. Dabney has a good form to put a lot of zing into her hits. She also does a good job on out of system swings and is sound solo blocker. Dabney said she’s been working on plyometrics during club season trying to become more athletic.

Dabney gives the Yellow Jackets balance on the outside. She has a great offensive stance and approach to the net. Dabney then puts great power into balls, especially on crosses to the two zone corners. Dabney takes sound rips out of system makes nice solo blocks. A sound spring season on Alpha’s A.51 team will only help improve her game. Dabney had 159 kills, 25 solo blocks and 54 digs in the fall, helping Woodford County go 22-13 and make it back to the 8th Region Tournament.
