Sienna Bailey Sienna Bailey 6'0" | MB Kinkaid | 2027 TX , a Class of 2027 middle blocker from The Kinkaid School in Houston and Houston Juniors Volleyball Club, is a player whose game reflects the kind of detail-oriented development that produces college-ready athletes rather than just talented ones. She has the frame and the athletic ability to impact the game at the net on both sides of the ball, and the volleyball maturity she plays with tells you the position-specific work has been going on for a while and it has taken hold. She reads the offense early and gets into her blocking position with purpose rather than reacting late, which creates problems for opposing hitters who are used to winning those exchanges against players her age. Her attacking efficiency in the middle is worth noting as well because she finishes plays cleanly and does not waste swings, which is exactly what setters want when they are making quick decisions out of system. Sienna is a senior prospect with the physical tools and the technical foundation to step into a college program and contribute from the very first day she arrives on campus. Bailey led her Kinkaid team to a fifth-place finish in the tournament, getting two wins and two losses. A very physical player, she made a difference for them at the net, using her big frame to stand out on both sides of the ball – she scored at a good rate by making use of her high contact point and also got some blocks, quickly getting off the floor to stop opposing hitters. The junior was a big asset from the service line, too, sending a tricky floater across the net to get aces and get opponents out of system. Bailey also appeared well on defense, displaying solid ball control to make plays on the backcourt.

Sienna is a versatile middle who can move fluidly across the net and score from multiple positions, whether in front or off the slide. Defensively, she makes her presence felt with consistent block touches and timely stops at the net. Offensively, her ability to mix in powerful swings with smart tips keeps defenses guessing and showcases her high volleyball IQ. Her quick transitions and ability to stay engaged in every play make her a steady contributor for her team. She is definitely a middle to keep an eye on this high school season.
