Find an athlete who can find any way possible to better the ball. That encapsulates Morris’ influence with Dynasty 14 Black, which marched to the Open podium at last month’s USAV Nationals. The 14 Black roster featured a fascinating medley of 2029s and 2030s, and Morris was a clear leader among the older crowd. Her best moments came while operating the offense out of the back row, where her quick feet and crisp hands kept Dynasty in a rhythm at GJNC. But Morris is also a lockdown defender who could make early backcourt contributions for Blue Valley Southwest. The Timberwolves will need a new wave of contributors after last year’s 37-5 campaign, and Morris looks poised to fill multiple voids.
