Sophie is a rising star at 501 Volley . She has the ability to be a true six rotation outside, she is also an accomplished beach player. Goforth also crosses over as talented lacrosse player for Mount St Mary’s. For volleyball, she can play all three front row spots and can really mix it up at the net on defense and could provide back-row support with the ability to hit from the back.

Goforth is s throwback, playing multiple sports and excelling at all of them. Today so many specialize at an early age, it is refreshing to see Sophie taking advantage of the multiple opportunities afford her. Her hardwork and dedication will ensure she is successful not just in sports, but in life.
