About Stella

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a loud communicator. I’m aggressive while I’m playing. I have great energy on the court. I pick up my teammates when they’re down. I will always have a good attitude no matter how I’m playing. I have great volleyball IQ. I’m good at reading hitters and picking up hard balls.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I try my best to have a great mentality while playing. If I shank a ball I’m ready to get the ball the next play. I have that next ball mentality. I will always be laughing with my teammates or coaches. I try to cheer people up and make them laugh and have a good time while playing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes I got Kentucky High School Athletic Association Academic All-State honorable mention.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed being able to cheer up my teammates when they’re down. I’m a leader on the court I tell my hitters whats open and where to hit. I’m supporting everyone on my team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My 13u season I broke both of my wrists at the same time. I worked very hard and was back on the court in 7 weeks.

What type of college are you looking for?

A collage with a good volleyball program and strong academics.
