The versatility of Makayla is very impressive; during both drills and games, she was out and in the middle on the net. Footwork, explosiveness, power, technique, or IQ never wavered or faltered. I’m not sure which is her best position, and standing at 6’2 doesn’t help. She is light on her feet, moves laterally like a DS, and still comes with the power needed to hit down the line or press for a block.
