Kondik (pictured) had a great game from both pins for the Pandas. She always attacks with great power and authority doing what she can to put balls down hitting .480 in the game against North Oldham. Kondik is not afraid to use her size to put balls over, around and sometimes power through double blocks. Kondik said the team chemistry helps in games like this because players do what they can knowing a win means a spot in the state championship game, adding teammates have their support.

Kondik’s attacking form has really come together and it showed in this game. The University of Cincinnati commit smacked balls to the other sidelines on crosses and to the near corners. Kondik adjusts her body well in the air to place balls away from defenders. Kondik (pictured) mixes in tips over blockers nicely. Kondik also uses her size well to form strong blocks. Kondik said when Notre Dame stays consistent, it helps keep the energy up and everyone has fun with each other.

Kondik unsurprisingly is having an outstanding club season. Kondik takes great swings all over the court, using her size to create tough angles. Kondik makes sound first passes and makes a huge difference at the net, which is generally a Notre Dame specialty. She times her blocks well making it easier on defensive specialists. Kondik could be a big reason why the Pandas make another run toward a state championship this fall.

Kondik was also impressive for the 16-1 Tsunami. Kondik is taking her game to a higher level in the club season. She has a sound follow-through and is trying to expand her game to hitting in the back row. Kondik produces from all six positions. She makes controlled first touches to set up the offense then helps control the net. The timing on her blocks is phenomenal. She made some big solo blocks in Atlanta over the weekend.
