There were a lot of good setters in the gym, but Tess Immel Tess Immel 5'10" | S/RS Winneconne | 2029 WI kept drawing my eyes back to her court. Even when passes drifted off the net, she stayed under control and still found a way to give her hitters a ball they could be aggressive with. Watching Tess play I was impressed with her all around play. She defended her position well, which was setter, and she played good D overall. Whether blocking, digging a ball, setting whatever she seemed to be skilled at it. Athletic made good sets even when the pass was off. Good hands type of setter you want running the offense.

Winneconne had a nice 2025 season where they finished 23-8 and 7-1 in the Bay Conference.  This is building into a tough conference with the likes of Fox Valley Lutheran and Xavier.  Tess Immel Tess Immel 5'10" | S/RS Winneconne | 2029 WI made an impact early for the Wolves where she had 229 assists.  She will be a solid combination with rising senior Bailey Church Bailey Church 5'4" | S Winneconne | 2027 State WI .  Winneconne recently competed at the Prep Dig Sizzle where they finished 2nd in the Dana Rettke bracket.  Immel had a strong offseason setting at FC Elite where her length and athleticism is something to take note of. 

This is a Class of 2029 setter who definitely has some promise and should be on the radar as her career progresses.  Tess immel is a freshman at Winneconne High School and saw some time on the varsity court this past fall.  She has all the tools that makes for a solid setter with length, athleticism, and a savvy at the net and the backrow.  She has the ability to attack offensively as well.  She was a key piece to her FC Elite 15 Grey squad’s gold bracket appearance on Sunday.  Well done.
