Among multiple awards, Gillispie (*pictured) was a 1st team all-league selection in the Miami Valley Scarlet division as SCD finished 17-8 overall, advancing a few rounds in postseason action. She was among the top 15 offensively in conference play with 2.2 k/s. Gillispie has been one that has been fun to watch the past few seasons given her energy and action for OPVC as a middle. She is athletic and active as her physical tools are noticeable with her quickness and elevation. She has polished her game up in recent seasons as she gets off the floor fast and can get the ball to the court with a quick arm around her setter. Gillispie will be a nice pick-up for the next leve.
