<p>Pool 1 - AVA, HOU Stars, Austin Skyline, TAV Houston</p>

<p>AVA 16 Adidas is the number 1 overall seed and for good reason. They should easily win the pool because of their power hitters<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='212725' first='Kennedi' last='Rogers']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='212737' first='Kimanni' last='Rugley'].</strong> What will be very interesting is the bottom 3 teams in the pool, and who will take the second spot. Austin Skyline 16 Black has several playmakers on the team. Starting with libero <strong>Adali Santos</strong>, who had a great year at Vadegrift high school along with <strong>Deliana Iosefo</strong>, who is a true versatility player at the net and can put the ball away at any position. TAV Houston 16 Molten is the bottom team in this pool but could easily sneak up and take the 2nd place spot. Middle <strong>Maya Woods</strong> has been looking better and better all season with setter <strong>Stephanie Ho</strong>, who has been running a great offense.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Pool 6 - AJV, Katy United, SA Elite, HJV </h2>

<p>This pool will be interesting because AJV 16 Molten already has a USA bid and Katy United 16 Adidas already has an American bid. AJV 16 Molten is led by two stud outside hitters, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='221082' first='Adelyn' last='Watkins']</strong> and <strong>Layla Todd</strong>. Katy United 16 Adidas has their own dominant outside hitter with <strong>Kate Cardona</strong>. What will be interesting is SA Elite and HJV 16 National in this pool, because both of these teams are known to pull out upsets and play very solid volleyball. HJV's <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='254241' first='Katerina' last='Escobar'] </strong>and <strong>Emma Levy </strong>are two solid players that keep that team well-rounded. SA Elite will bring ball control to the table and definitely keep the ball off the floor and that sometimes can cause frustration with their opponent. We will keep an eye on how this pool plays out.</p>
