The Foster Falcons from Richmond have won each of their first six district matches and are yet to drop a set. They have also been pretty successful so far in the season, holding a 24-7 win record, with just one upset on their home court. Senior middle [player_tooltip player_id='307452' first='Jackie' last='Onyechi'] and junior outside hitter Brooke Barnes have been leading the team's offense with 211 and 196 kills, respectively - Onyechi has also been a factor with her blocking, which already produced 52 points for the Falcons. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='198017' first='Brinleigh' last='Davis'] is, again, doing an outstanding job at setter and is on pace for a career year, having already tallied 555 assists and 137 digs. Seniors Eden Fairfield (libero) and Bailey Lechler (defensively specialist) are both in excellent form defensively, having tallied 312 and 201 digs, respectively.

Fulshear

The always-tough Fulshear Chargers from Katy are also undefeated in district play, with five victories obtained so far. Their season has been extremely solid as well, as the Chargers have 25 victories in the 29 matches they played. Fulshear have exponential junior talent on both sides of the ball and they have been delivering, as outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='179898' first='Bailey' last='Warren'] leads the team in kills (275), while libero [player_tooltip player_id='179896' first='Sydney' last='Black'] is first in digs (220) and setter [player_tooltip player_id='253963' first='Alexys' last='James'] has 647 assists and 43 aces. Junior outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='225557' first='Lauren' last='Witte'] has also been in great form, ranking second in kills (223) and first in passes (279). In her first season as middle, sophomore Yosola Adeleke has 94 kills and 54 blocks.
