Coach Christina Boesiger commented, “I thought the girls came out and played really focused tonight. We had a great film session on Monday after losing to them in the EMC Tournament championship match and I thought the girls were pretty dialed in. She felt the girls passed really, really well which allowed them to run their fast tempo offense. We were able to spread our offense from pin to pin and tried to get a lot of our hitters involved. Elkhorn North is a great team so for us to go there and get a three game sweep was really special for our team.”

The atheticism on both sides of the net was top tier. There were monster swings and stellar digs on both sides of the net. Both setters kept the offenses humming. The two veteran coaches have known each other for a long time and kept playing volleyball chess. It was a great atmosphere on Tuesday and could be an early indicator of what is to come at the State Tournament in November.
