California Top 250 Players to Watch- DS/Liberos

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Saturday, November 18th will be the gathering of some of the top high school volleyball players in California. The representation of different high schools, different clubs, and different positions will be all together on one platform. Defensive specialists/ Liberos are key players who handle defense in a game. They tend to not be afraid to get down on the court by diving, sliding, or digging for balls. They are usually quick on their feet, fast and agile as they have a lot of responsibility covering the court. They should be very vocal and assist their hitters on where to place a ball since they usually get the pass off and can read the court. Suggestions like "swing high" or "down line" can turn an attack into a kill.
