Over 100 athletes descended on the [program_tooltip program_id='428889' first='Dynasty' last=''] Volleyball Academy for Prep Dig's Missouri/Kansas Stock Up Showcase. Several traveled multiple hours to participate in the Kansas City, Kansas event.

Here is the final scouting report of the night on athletes competing at the event.

I wish all athletes safe travels and thank you for supporting Prep Dig. Each of these athletes traveled hundreds of miles to show off their volleyball skills. I thank all of them and their parents for supporting Prep Dig and hope they found the event worth their time.

I highly recommend any club or high school teams in the Wichita area or even further west to reach out if interested in hosting a future Prep Dig live event.

Stay tuned to Prep Dig tomorrow for more reports featuring the All-Deck All-Star Squads from the Showcase.

I also hope everyone makes it home safe and avoids those pesky deer on the highway.

[player_tooltip player_id='553835' first='Brecken' last='Boudreaux'], 5'8”, MB, Beloit, ‘26 (Pictured Above)

Boudreaux got off to a slow start during the showcase, but she did not disappoint. She has the versatility to compete at multiple positions. Beloit is a winning program and observers can tell she is well-coached. I caught her during defensive skill drills more at this event, but she is a dangerous hitter. The Beloit prospect has a ton of bounce in her game.

[player_tooltip player_id='557770' first='Lillie' last='Heiland'], 5'3”, DS/L, Smith Center, ‘26

What impressed me the most about the Smith Center prospect is she did not have the “Deer In The Headlights” look I thought she might have. I suggested she attend the event after her team played summer ball at Abilene. She is young and still raw, but she came to KCK to show out, and she did just that. She made crisp passes and was not overwhelmed during the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='561070' first='Daynica' last='Euwer'], 5'7”, S, Halstead, ‘26

The Halstead prospect was an unfamiliar commodity to me before the showcase. She has a quiet platform and threw herself all over the court during drills. I don't recall seeing her set, but she is quick and athletic. She opened my eyes and I hope to see her compete again during the upcoming prep or club seasons in 2024 and 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='586626' first='Addison' last='Davee'] 6'4, MB, Maize South, ‘27

With close to 120 athletes in attendance, Davee was a prospect I missed until near the end of the two-hour event. She went out of her way to thank me for attending which goes a long way when trying to separate herself from other players with scouts and coaches. She has a big reach and a physical frame. The Mavericks have a history of producing college prospects and Davee could be next in line in 2027.

[player_tooltip player_id='531017' first='Teagan' last='Marrs'], 5'11, OH, Bishop Carroll, ‘27

Marrs made the drive to Kansas City from Wichita. She had a couple of really nice attacks during the team session. She has a smooth swing and will only improve with increased playing time during the high school season and by continuing to promote herself at team camps and showcases.

[player_tooltip player_id='446323' first='Parker' last='Unruh'], 5'1”, DS/L, Hays, ‘27

I watched Unruh at the MO/KAN Top 10 Tournament at Washburn University. She is a bouncy defensive specialist who plays with an infectious attitude that other players are drawn to. She has quick feet and puts herself in a solid receiving position. I still have not had a chance to see her serve which is a part of her game I want to evaluate.

[player_tooltip player_id='518977' first='Landry' last='Litton'], 6'0”, S, Beloit, ‘28 (Pictured Above)

Litton traveled to KCK with her Beloit teammate Boudreaux. It was the third time I have seen her compete this summer and I continue to be amazed by the level of her skills. She does not play like a freshman. She is a versatile athlete who can set, hit, or possibly play libero down the road. Litton does not have any glaring holes in her game which says a lot since she is just a freshman. Like Boudreaux, she did not seem to have the same type of energy I have seen her previously play with, the long drive could have been a factor in the slow start to her day.

[player_tooltip player_id='511942' first='Makiya' last='Maka'], 5'9”, OH, Chaparral, ‘28

One of the biggest surprises of the day came from Maka's performance. She is a three-sport prospect I knew very little about before the event. She played club ball last season with Shockwave, which will help her gain some exposure. She played with poise and composure. It was clear that she was taking in tips like a sponge and was thriving during the event. Finding small-school prospects like Maka makes my day very rewarding and encourages me to continue to scout camps and showcases.

[player_tooltip player_id='582978' first='Olivia' last='Lewis'], 5'5”, DS/L, Andover Central, ‘28

Lewis was another spunky defensive whiz and another prospect who made sure she introduced herself to me. Andover Central's program is deep and experienced so it might take her a year or two to see varsity action, but the natural skills are noticeable at her early age. I look forward to watching the young Jaguar evolve as a player.
