Beloit’s Litton has been ranked in the Top 10 since the first rankings for this class were released. The question is, this time does she move up, down, or remain in her current slot, No. 6 overall. She is a six-rotation talent for the Trojans. She finished her sophomore season second on the team in digs (268), second in serve receptions (330), and fourth in kills with 148. She is an intelligent and unselfish player who is also ranked by Prep Girls Hoops for her skills on the basketball court.

Beloit’s Litton is arguably the most competitive athlete in these rankings. She is ranked No. 6 overall. She is listed as an outside hitter for now, but she could be a defensive specialist in college. She is a six rotation talent who, through 68 sets played, has recorded 112 kills, 16 blocks, 15 aces, 194 digs, and 266 serve receptions. She is the daughter of a coach and the sister of a Division I football player. She has a competitive edge and drive that you can’t coach in kids who don’t have it. She’s a prospect who is easy to advocate for.

Litton was one of the most intriguing prospects in the gym, especially during morning drills. The right side hitter showed a heavy arm capable of powering through blocks and finishing plays with authority. Her footwork in transition was smooth and efficient, allowing her to get into position quickly and stay in rhythm offensively. For a 2028 athlete, her court awareness and technique stood out.

It’s rare that I get to see a Western Kansas prospect more than once in the summer, but Litton is a talented athlete who is registered for the Missouri/Kansas StockUp Showcase on July 27. Beloit participated in the MO/KAN Tournament at Washburn University in June. Like her prep coach, Litton is not afraid to log some miles to compete with and against the best in the state. This is the second year in a row she plans to attend a Prep Dig live event. Litton will be heading into the prep season with a chip on her shoulder, as Beloit’s prep season ended with a disappointing trip to the state tournament last year in Hutch. She and the rest of the Trojans will be hungry for a title in 2025.

Litton is a multi-sport firecracker from Beloit. I expect she will play for Beloit’s Pool C squad. She is a six-rotation athlete and also a gifted basketball player. Athletic genes run through her family as her older brother recently verbally committed to play football at New Mexico. Litton is registered to also compete t the Prep Dig Showcase on July 31. She is ranked No. 5 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028.
