We've released the first edition of the 2028 watch list, and our 60+ athletes have a ton of talent. We'll break them down by position this week, starting with the pin attackers. Here they are, in no particular order.

Big and physical, Addyson played up on TI's 15-1 last spring, which is a WHOLE AGE GROUP above her grade. It might not seem like much but the difference between 14s and 15s at that young of an age means a lot, especially as an attacker. She held her own just fine, thankyouverymuch, and hits a heavy ball to put defenses on their heels immediately.

One of the more complete outsides in this class, Audrey is a multi-tool player who can do a little bit of everything for the Quakers and any other team she's a part of. She is, far and away, the top attacker for Plainfield HS as a freshman, leading the way with over 5 kills per set while hitting nearly .300 as a primary passing six rotation outside. Yes, Plainfield is young, but to still be able to terminate when everyone in the gym knows you're bringing it is not only elite, but mature beyond her age.

This lefty hammer has the tools and the talent to be a big reason for New Pal's success moving forward from either pin. At current, she's a three-rotation banger that hits high and hard with pace that can find seams and gaps in blocks and defenses on a regular basis. Her size is great, but that attack touch makes her bigger than most blocks she's seeing at the moment. I'm looking forward to more club footage of her playing against elite competition---with continued success, she's got a unique skill set that transitions to the college game well.

As part of Pineapple HP's inaugural 16s team this coming spring, Elle is a big and intimidating left side that can do things that remind me of Morgan Gaerte when she started out. She played up on the 15-1 team last spring, and her Freshman Showcase talents shone brightly against players not equipped to deal with her size and strength. I'd like to see a little more serve receive and floor defense from Elle, but the rest of the game is definitely there for Power 4 consideration.

Already a big part of the JV program at Crown Point, this Epic United hammer can hit from either pin on a regular basis, and does so with pace and accuracy. I'd like a little more footage on her at the club level, as the only stuff I know is what she did against similarly-aged kids at our Freshman Showcase. At any rate, she's a solid and skilled big on either pin that has next-level written all over her.
