Looking at this impressive list, PrepDig has highlighted athletes in the top 10 of each category. Next up, we are looking at which Oregon athletes notched the most assists for the 2024 season.</p>

<p><strong>#1 Kendal Nichols</strong></p>

<p>Nichols, the 5-4 sophomore from Crane High School, led her team to a 1A state title, running a 5-1 and amassing an amazing 1,197 assists on the season, the top assist leader across ALL classifications. Also, a basketball player, it is unclear whether or not Nichols will be playing club volleyball this season. </p>

<p><strong>#2 [player_tooltip player_id='249607' first='Kamree' last='Orizotti']</strong></p>

<p>Orizotti, a 5-10 junior setter, was instrumental in the South Salem Saxon's success this season, executing a 5-1 a majority of the year and tallying an impressive 1,042 assists. She enters her club season uncommitted but is sure to be a highly sought-after recruit being a top setter from the 2026 class. </p>

<p><strong>#3 [player_tooltip player_id='161158' first='Kamden' last='Mitchell']</strong></p>

<p>Mitchell, the top 2025 setter for Oregon, led Crescent Valley to a 2nd place finish in 5A, running a 5-1 and racking up a formidable <strong>1,019 </strong>assists on the year. Mitchell is a dual commit to the University of Oregon, planning to play both indoor and sand volleyball for the Ducks. </p>

<p><strong>#4 [player_tooltip player_id='394079' first='Kaitlin' last='Boring']</strong></p>

<p>Boring, a 5-7 senior setter for Nelson High School, ran a 5-1 offense all season and amassed an impressive <strong>930 </strong>assists for Hawks, leading them to a 3rd place finish at State. Currently, Boring has not committed to a college program. </p>

<p><strong>#5 [player_tooltip player_id='161930' first='Ava' last='Ainsworth']</strong> </p>

<p>Ainsworth, a 6-1 senior setter for Marshfield, led the team to a 4A state title, notching a commanding <strong>925 </strong>assists on the season. She has committed to play at the next level for Western Oregon University. </p>

<p>McGregor, a 5-6 sophomore setter for Valley Catholic, was a pivotal factor in the team's 3A state title this season, running a 5-1 and tallying an impressive <strong>923 </strong>assists. Only a sophomore, she enters this club season uncommitted but is sure to be a highly sought-after recruit for the class of 2027. </p>

<p>Crawford, a 5-10 senior setter for Pleasant Hill, led the team to a 3A 3rd place finish to end her high school career and posted a spectacular 865 assists on the season. Currently, Crawford is still not committed to a college program but is sure to be a great pick-up at the next level. </p>

<p>Herber, a 5-11 senior setter for Western Christian, led the team to a 4th place finish in the 2A state tournament, executing a 5-1, notching a magnificent <strong>847 </strong>assists on the season. Herber recently committed to play for George Fox University. </p>

<p>Miller, a 5-9 senior setter for Corbett High School, was a key piece of the team's success this season, running a 5-1 to record an impressive <strong>844 </strong>assists. Miller recently committed to play for Colorado College. </p>

<p><strong>#10 Teighlor Nunez</strong><br><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px">Nunez, a 5-9 junior from Creswell, ran a 5-1 offense all season and amassed a staggering <strong>841 </strong>assists for the Bulldogs.</span> Currently, Nunez has not committed to a collegiate program.</p>
