Deep Dive into the MN Class of 2028 Watch List: POWERFUL PINS

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The class of 2028 is brimming with some great talent. This fall, we created our 2028 watch list. The list consists of 25 players, 10 of which are powerful pin hitters. As these player's first year of high school volleyball has ended and their club seasons begin, lets take a deep look into the list of attackers. She is explosive in her approach, has a solid vertical, and uses every inch of the court to put balls down. She has a lethal serve, can pass dimes, and is an electric attacker. During her first year of varsity, Zieske made a huge impact at Chanhassen being near the top of the leader board in several categories from kills, aces, to receptions. Green is methodical in her movements when serving and attacking. She is a physical and aggressive attacker that also puts up a solid block. She averaged 2.1 kills/set, 2.7 digs/set, and carried the bulk of the serve receive load with 465 receptions. Anetipa sees the court well and makes accurate, carefully placed shots. She is a very explosive and powerful attacker that can hit multiple shots. Minor had an outstanding freshman season at Benilde St. Margaret where she unleashed 3.3 kills/set, 1.9 digs/set, and 72 blocks. She is a smart attacker with a ton of power. Nagel's smart choices and aggressive attack led her to contribute 1.4 kills/set this past fall. She is also very versatile in her skill set. She varies her shots to not only deliver carefully placed tips and pushes, but will also take huge rips from the pin, out of the middle, and the back row.
