She’s reliable in serve receive, tracks the ball well, and can step into back-row defense when needed. At the net, Cora terminates with confidence—attacking high off hands, swinging cross-court, or finding seams in the block. She transitions quickly, shows strong court awareness, and brings a composed presence in pressure situations. As she continues to develop her all-around game, she’s a versatile, high-IQ athlete to keep a close eye on this season.

Thiemann can take a hard swing to power through the block and puts a great finish on the ball. When she jumps she just floats and searches for the perimeters of the court. Thiemann is solid in serve receive and she can take over a match with a low flat float serve.

Thiemann is a 2028 OH that preps at Waconia and plays for Northern Lights. She is a smart attacker with a ton of power. Setters aren’t alway consistent but Thiemann can handle it as she has the ability to read and adjust mid stride in order to put down lethal shots instead of making errors.

Thiemann was an absolute blast to watch play this weekend. She is a 6 rotation outside hitter who takes a hard swing to power through the block. Thiemann is sound in serve receive and has a great finish to her attack. At one point she just seemed to float into play and scorched the ball down the right sideline. After that, she took over the match with a low flat float.
