March will be a key month for Prep Dig Kansas, so I wanted to write a quick bread-and-butter report for our subscribers.

First, I plan to attend a couple of club events in March. Then, I probably won't see much live action until May or June when summer team camps and college camps occur.

Second, the final Class of 2025 rankings are scheduled to be published on March 18. If a player has committed and we don't have it marked on player profiles, please send me an email at deckscoutks@gmail.com or send me a DM on X @KSScoutDeck.

College coaches can also help by sending me a list of your recent signings.

I will be working on completing the initial Class of 2029 rankings after watching a couple more 14U club matches. Athletes can create their profiles or check to see if I have created a profile for them by using this link https://prepdig.com/prospect-index/#claim-profile-anchor

Club coaches for 14U teams and high school coaches can also send me names to add to the database.

On a side note, Prep Girls Hoops Kansas will also be posting the final rankings for the Class of 2025 in March, so dual sport athletes can let me know if they are headed to college to play a sport other than volleyball.

Here is a quick look at four prospects I hope to see play in March or have recently seen play club ball.

One of the club events I plan on attending is the 15s Power Lague play in Kansas City on March 8. Dean plays for the Topeka Saints 15U club, a team that I saw practice and play last club season but have not seen this year. Dean is a spark plug athlete who plays 100 percent every time she walks onto a court.

One key issue for the next power league event for 15s is that is also falls on the calendar along with Sub-State basketball. Walter is one of several athletes who could miss the event if their basketball squads are competing. Walter is a multi-sport prospect who recently posted a video of herself working on her softball pitching. I have talked about her with lots of coaches lately and I don't know how she stays so busy. I hope I get to see her play in KC, but I expect Hayden to move forward in basketball.

Another Saints athlete to watch is Cook. She decided not to play basketball this season, so she should be a lock to participate in the Power League event. The Santa Fe Trail prospect is long and physical. I saw her compete once during the prep season, and she can carry a team's offense.

I have seen Livermore play once this club season, and right now, she is the leader in the clubhouse to be ranked No. 1 in the Kansas Class of 2029. She said hi to me at the Keeper Of The Plains event in Wichita last weekend. I was scouting 14s, but she was playing up for the Shockwave 16 club, so I did not see her play. It goes a long way when a young athlete is not afraid to self-promote and to show how much they appreciates the work of Prep Network Scouts. I don't always remember names when athletes come to say hi, but it makes my day!
