Class of 2027 Rankings Update: Shuffling in the Top 35

Her quick arm swings allow her to deliver balls quickly to intended targets. Her cut shots are especially hard to handle. Her work with head coach Anna Palmer is paying off. She does a great job hitting around blocks. Yates also pounds overpassed balls to the floor and her blocking disrupts hitting flows. Beatty continues to make challenging dig after challenging dig. Beatty does a great job moving all over the court and talking to her teammates. Her sound all-around skill set lets her also contribute setting out of system and serving. Duncan uses her size well to take quick, solid swings and swing block at the net to shut down opposing attacks. Ducan does not back down after she's blocked. She takes different swings trying to find holes on the other side of the court. Frey gives opponents fits with left-handed angles on her swings. Hershey is a sound pin hitter creating one-on-one opportunities for teammates. Hershey also moves her feet well to stay on her feet and make good first touches. Hershey is not playing club volleyball this season, but said she has been going to a local Planet Fitness a couple times per week and hitting balls against the wall to develop her hand-eye coordination. Hershey said she tries to explode off the ground then exaggerate every single movement to put more power into balls. Knapp controls the net well with her blocking and sound hitting. She also uses her size and athleticism well.
