Mikayla keeps all of her hitters involved but isn't afraid to feed her hot hitter. Her high-level court vision and quick tempo sets mean she can outpace many opponents and keep the offense moving at a quick clip. I have been so impressed with Mikayla and her court management and leadership this season.     Brooke is a libero who doesn't let anything hit the ground. She is fearless and aggressive when pursuing the ball. She works incredibly hard not only to get touches on the ball, but also to make them playable for her teammates. She is a leader in the back row and for her team as a whole. She steps up in big moments and is an all-around solid libero. Her serve receive is already very consistent and it will only continue to be a key piece of her game as she plays at higher levels.     Alexis is a middle who can take over a match. She is aggressive, powerful, and makes great on-court adjustments when the pass or set isn't quite perfect. She is engaged at the net and is always ready to swipe or attack an overpass. Alexis' discipline on her block is some of the best in the state at this age group. Her form and movement are both clean and efficient. Her ability to execute on both offense and defense makes her a dual threat out of the middle. She also has a highly competitive serve that keeps her on the back line for multiple serves in a row.     Megan is a right-side who is a go-to hitter for her team. She is also the first line of defense for (typically) the strongest or highest volume attacker on opposing teams. Megan does an amazing job balancing two very key roles. She sets her block confidently and communicates well with her middles. Her block touches make all the difference for her defense behind her. On offense, Megan is lethal. She has an explosive approach, is disciplined in transition, and has a toolbox of shots she utilizes to earn points.     Grace is a dynamic 6-rotation athlete who is a consistent force for her team. She manufactures points on the pin and has a great back row attack as well. Her pass is consistent, and she is a really solid defender. Grace is a player who is a reliable leader and performs well no matter what the score is. She amps up her team and makes great plays. Her intangibles are equally as impressive as her physical play. Jiada is a middle who puts up a truly massive block. She seems to be able to close a block no matter the distance, and a lot of hitters never see her coming. Her speed and ability to explode across the net help her to seal the net even on fast-tempo sets from her opponents. She has great vision work and is always engaged. Jiada also contributes significantly on offense. She is a player with a lot of potential and a name to know in this class.     Sallieann is a clean setter who has crisp and simple form. She isn't flashy with her movements or play. Her efficiency with the ball and discipline with her footwork give her precise sets and limit her errors. Sallieann is a consistent force on the court, with razor-sharp focus and a keen eye for her opponents' movements. She is an all-around athlete who isn't afraid to run down balls deep in the court.
