Unstoppabe Texas Right Sides at the Triple Crown Summer NIT

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The club volleyball season is entering its final month, as in just a few weeks, the season-ending National Championships will be held in Dallas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Clubs teams around the country which are set to contend for the national title by the end of the month are now focused on fine-tuning their games for the biggest moment of the season and this week, many sides from Texas will make the trip to Arizona to do so as they compete in the Triple Crown Summer NIT.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Reuniting 112 teams from multiple states across five divisions, the tournament is going to be held at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, in Mesa, from Saturday to Monday, and will serve as a big part of the teams' preparations for the National Championships.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Texas is sending 27 teams to Arizona this weekend, and between now and the start of the tournament, we've been featuring some of the top players from the Lone Star State who will be on the court in Mesa. Standing at 6'3", she has a massive presence at the net and is capable of making a difference on both sides of the ball for her team. A lefty, she's extremely reliable offensively, having the firepower to overcome opposing blockers and put the ball down when in system, but she can also score in difficult plays, making the most of her length and finding great angles with her swings. Floyd is an elite blocker, moving well at the net to get in the way of opposing hitters and playing very aggressively above the net. Extremely athletic, she's also very versatile, being capable of scoring from all three positions at the net with great efficiency. Gomez gets off the floor very well and makes excellent choices with her swings, keeping her errors low and consistently finding ways to beat opposing blockers. An extremely well-rounded player, she is the team's utility player, helping in different spots as needed, but has been mostly used on the right. Coleman is extremely physical and that shows in her offense as she puts a lot of energy into her approach, gets off the floor extremely well and swings the ball very hard from the right. Also capable of palying in the middle, she's also an excellent blocker, reacting quickly to whatever happens at the net and using her arms very aggressively to shut opponents down. Called up for the US U19 national team last year, she's one of the top right sides in the country and is a difference-maker at all levels on the court. A 6'5" player, she's excellent at making the most of her length at the net, using it to beat opposing blockers and put the ball down. A lefty, Hickman has tremendous range in her offense, and she's unpredictable at the net, using each of her options very intelligently and efficiently, thanks to her unwavering calm on the court.
