Reisman is one of the premier setters in this Ohio class. As she competed up an age group for [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'], she guided them to the JVA World Challenge gold medal, then recently concluding the club season with a 5th place result at the AAU national championships in 16 Open. She got better throughout the season in all aspects of her game as a setter with high quality touch, tempo, location and decision-making to lead one of the most balanced 16U offenses in the country. Seton won the DI state title in 2024 and with the graduation of one from their setting tandem, Reisman should have them competing at a similar level through her opportunities.

Long was a key arm for the success of [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'] 15 Blue, a team that won the JVA World Challenge with an unbeaten record in 15 Open. She and her team wrapped up the season in 14th position at the AAU national championships. Long is a versatile scorer as she can swing for power and good results from both pins. She has good range as her court awareness and arm control increase her terminal effectiveness. A rising sophomore for St. Ursula, the 2024 Ohio DII state champion, she will be looked upon to help this team make up a lot of offense that graduated this last year. She has the tools to make a big impact this fall.

Wilson has all the mechanics to become an elite DS/L prospect as she continues to move into the recruiting cycle and towards her commitment. She competes for the elite club of Legacy in Michigan and as part of their top 15U team, they earned a top-10 finish in the 15 Open division recently in Dallas with Wilson contributing good minutes throughout the season. She pursues the ball with great intention, quickness, and stability in her footwork and angle production. Anthony Wayne finished as the DII state runner-up last season. Wilson was a reserve member of that team as a freshman but with the graduation of their libero, she should see increased opportunity for a team that will enter has a heavy favorite to get to the final weekend of the season once again.

Upshaw competed for Summit this club season and raised her stock as a high flying left opposite. As she can contact high and challenge the block well, she can also find space and swing with good pace to get the ball to the court fast. She has a lot of upside still to her game and it will be fun to see how well she translate these gains when she returns to Shawnee for the fall high school season.

Smith makes a big jump all the way to #5 in this rankings cycle. She is an athlete that excels in multiple sports, including on the volleyball court where she has showcased her athleticism throughout the recent tournament schedule. She elevates well and is fluid around the court in her movement. Her ceiling is high and given her success athletically over the last several months, she gets the nod here at #5 for now. Huron returns some good young talent this fall. Look for Smith to make a big impact.
