Stock Rising: More Standouts from the Prep Dig Stock Up Showcase

[program_tooltip program_id='428889' first='Dynasty' last=''] Volleyball Club was buzzing with talent as the Kansas/Missouri Prep Dig Stock Up Showcase welcomed some of the region's most promising young athletes. With players ranging from the classes of 2026 to 2028, this year's showcase offered a glimpse into the future of Midwest high school volleyball. Here are more notes from standouts showing their skills.    Small stood tall on the right side, making her presence felt with relentless energy and discipline at the net. Her blocking technique was one of the cleanest in the gym, consistently getting touches and disrupting opponents' attacks. While her defense was strong, she also flashed exciting upside as an attacker. With her timing and growing offensive repertoire, Small is developing into a dual-threat right side.     Dieguez showcased her versatility as a true six-rotation outside. Her serve receive and passing were steady throughout the day, but it was her attacking that set her apart. With smart shot selection and an instinct for working around and through the block, she proved to be a tough matchup. Dieguez has the polish of a much older player and should be a key piece for Derby in the years to come.     Fleeman continues to turn heads with her rare blend of size and power. Already 6-foot-3, she brings a physical presence to the outside position that few in her class can match. Her swings carried serious heat, and when she found a rhythm, there was little defenders could do. With a promising start to her high school career at Warrensburg, Fleeman is quickly establishing herself as a force in Missouri volleyball.     Litton was one of the most intriguing prospects in the gym, especially during morning drills. The right side hitter showed a heavy arm capable of powering through blocks and finishing plays with authority. Her footwork in transition was smooth and efficient, allowing her to get into position quickly and stay in rhythm offensively. For a 2028 athlete, her court awareness and technique stood out.     A familiar face to me as I've followed the LeBlond program the last few years, Conz once again showed why she's one of the top setters in the area. Calm, confident, and in control, she ran a well-balanced offense and made great decisions with tempo and placement. Her ability to feed the pins in stride while also involving her middles kept defenses guessing. Conz's leadership and consistency continue to elevate every team she's on.     Ballard caught attention with her versatility and savvy offensive approach. While primarily playing on the right side, she was also effective when rotated to the left pin. She showed a knack for using the block to her advantage, often tooling hands and creating tough angles for defenders. At 5'11", she already brings good size and feel for the game.     Blowers made a strong impression during early defensive drills. Her passing was clean and consistent, and she showed excellent platform control and lateral quickness. Confident in serve receive and aggressive on defense, Blowers brought energy and dependability to the back row.     Henson impressed with her high-level defensive instincts. She consistently read plays well and positioned herself effectively to take away hitting lanes. Her ability to anticipate both setters and hitters allowed her to make smart decisions in real-time and keep the ball alive in tough situations.
