Austin's All-Showcase Team: Nebraska Exposure Tour

Decisions, decisions.   Coming up with an all-showcase team has to be the toughest part of these Prep Dig Circuit outings. Every event gives us a host of worthy options for this honor, and it's impossible to include everyone on this list. Even if a player doesn't appear on this list, they're due for some discussion in other features this week. Stay tuned.   So, after splitting hairs and making fine distinctions, we've assembled our squad from the Nebraska Exposure Tour.    This is not Stater's first all-showcase honor on the Prep Dig Circuit. She has made multiple stops at our events and has somehow raised the bar at every step. She put down several floor-denting kills during six-on-six drills and was a rock-solid passer in the back row. Perhaps it's a manifestation of Stater's growing confidence after Omaha Concordia reached this year's Class C1 semifinals.     Lehr's brand of quickness and finesse makes her an eye-catching setter in showcase environments. She has also translated those skills to the prep stage, where she played a key role in guiding the Lincoln East offense. We're eager to watch the next phase of Lehr's Spartan career as Lincoln East brings back a veteran bunch for 2026.     We're used to seeing Devers make the most of her trips across the front row. She was a major spark plug on the left side for Premier Nebraska 16 Silver, a team with the physicality needed to compete on the qualifier stage. Devers overwhelmed backcourt defenders with her heat at Saturday's event, so keep this name in mind for the 17s campaign.     Beethe's high-level experience speaks for itself. Her dynamic defense has been a hit in the Premier Nebraska gym, and she also seized the libero jersey for Gretna East this fall. This is another multi-time Prep Dig Showcase participant who has granted us the opportunity to see her exponential growth. Beethe helps keep the troops organized across the end line, even if she's teamed with unfamiliar teammates in the passing pattern.     Of course, we had to include our Avoli Committed Athlete on the list. Fowlkes could be tabbed for MVP honors after she terminated with unparalleled power at Saturday's showcase. Aside from her scoring prowess, Fowlkes has exhibited her all-around strength as a wing blocker and defender. Showcases are a perfect place to exhibit unconventional skills, and Fowlkes had it all.     Phillips doesn't need the element of surprise to rack up her kills. The Omaha Concordia sophomore wields a heavy, accurate arm that can find seams in well-formed blocks. Her past club performances have revealed her ability to play in the middle or on the right side. Phillips' transition to the Premier Nebraska stable will be fascinating to follow, especially after a tremendous prep run with Omaha Concordia.     Here's one for the Iowa crew. Council Bluffs' Lewis Central High School has given us plenty of club stars across the river, and Brehmer is another example. This middle blocker is the ideal M1 who can stretch an offense with her lateral quickness behind the setter. She established ironclad connections as different setters rotated through positional drills--an impressive feat for any young middle blocker.     If you're looking for a little extra length at the net, Collingsworth will surely deliver. The Elkhorn freshman knows how to make full use of her frame and can effectively attack at the peak of her jump. No matter if she's in the middle or on the right, Collingsworth forms the anchor to any net defense. Those traits are always coveted at Nebraska Elite.     The Omaha Westside freshman continues her ascent. Meister was a regular starter for the Warriors en route to another semifinal appearance for the Class A powerhouse. The state tournament brought about more highlights for this savvy setter, particularly in the semifinal marathon against top-seeded North Star. Meister pairs her razor-sharp location with the athleticism needed to square up as a blocker. She can slot into any system imaginable.     We're bringing out one more emerging freshman from the Class A bracket. Tate lit up the scoreboard with a team-high dig total during Elkhorn South's quarterfinal contest against Millard South. That's nothing new for the libero who made five digs per set look like an ordinary feat this fall. Tate's instincts were quickly apparent at the showcase, and her development is just getting started.
