Class of 2029 Watch List: Five Outside Hitters to Watch

Sheanshang can handle hard shots with her quick reflexes. She shuffles her feet quick to get in position to make the simple passes. Sheanshang displayed great potential offensively with her ability to hit through and off blockers. Sheanshang takes good out of system swings. Her control and communication needs some work, but she has a bright future. McDowell pounds balls to the back row on one play then lets up and hits soft ones to the middle. McDowell is especially tough on four balls on go routes. Reynolds has great placement away from opponents on overpassed balls. Reynolds is a sound solo blocker and takes quality swings in the front row. Reynolds mixes up her serving spots nicely. Roy uses her athleticism well to hit balls over and around blocks to open areas of the court. Roy rips seams well and makes quick in-air adjustments. Roy communicates well with teammates and makes sound first touches. Sullivan takes hard swings from the middle and the pins. Sullivan does not hesitate to hit roll shots down the line if she sees openings there.
