Keiran had another big performance to finish her solid career for the Rockets. Keiran read a number of balls well then set her feet to make the simple two to three-point passes. She made some sliding saves under control that led to huge Assumption points. Keiran makes sound out of system passes making sure teammates take good swings on balls. Keiran said the Rockets realized in the fifth set it was now or never, so she reminded her teammates of that every time she got touches on balls.

Keiran continues to sacrifice her body going full out after balls and keeping plays alive. Keiran has amazing instincts on the court and they come in handy against solid competition. If balls come near her, the phenom is most likely going to dig them up. Keiran said the key to winning the 17 Open championship game turned in the second set after the team talked about deserving to be there and it was time to exaggerate points to gain momentum. She did more than her fair share of that in that game.

Keiran stays near the top as the top returning defensive specialist that may become Assumption’s libero this fall. Keiran does a great job positioning herself behind the blockers to pick up balls. Keiran consistently proves she can handle sound hitters. They carom off her arms to the setters to start the fast-paced Assumption offense. Keiran finished second with 358 digs, helping Assumption go 35-8 and win the state record 24th state championship in school history.

Keiran is as reliable of a passer as anyone in the state. Balls carom off her arms like ping pong balls to the target for a high number of two and three-point passes. Keiran credited her blockers for setting up the defensive specialists well. Her experience is highly valuable to the Rockets.
