Exposure Tour Houston: G’s Middles Who Brought the Heat

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Prep Dig Exposure Tour made it to Houston this past weekend, with over 70 prospects from the 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 classes spending a couple of memorable hours with us at Competitive Edge Sports Complex, the home of popular club [program_tooltip program_id='462263' first='TAV' last='Houston'], in Spring, on Sunday morning.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It was a great opportunity for us, Prep Dig scouts, to get to know up-and-coming players in the region while also tracking the progress of others we were already familiar with. She was excellent during the entire event, using her physical tools and strong game at the net to make an impact on both sides of the ball. Fields' offense was one of the best among the middles as she got off the floor very well and managed to put a lot of power into her swings, while also angling them very well to beat blockers and defenders. She's pure power at the net, making the most of her impressive athleticism to overcome opponents and produce at a high level offensively. Daniels gets off the floor very well and is very difficult to stop because of her high contact point. She has been to some of our events in the past, and it was great to see how much progress she's been able to make since the last time I saw her. Standing at 6'2", she was one of the tallest players on the court, and it seems she's been learning how to truly make the most of her height advantage, as opponents had no answer when she made her strong approach on offense, making contact with the ball at a very high point. She wasn't the tallest or most physical middle out there, but when it came to intensity, no one came even close to matching her. Whether on offense or defense, Rinn was always on the move and seemed to give everything she had in each play. Her offense was extremely powerful, combining a strong approach, great ability to get off the floor and a heavy and quick right arm. A six-footer, she made a strong impression with her athletic attributes. Galik was not only very tall and strong, but also handled the physical demands of being a middle extremely well and was able to keep her level of play elevated until the last minute of the event. She showed she's capable of hitting the ball very hard when set, but also demonstrated great vision, knowing when to use tips to score.
