16 Blue, turned heads at the Exposure Tour with her presence and consistency at the net. Her height gives her a clear advantage as a blocker, allowing her to take away space and get quality touches regularly. Neal shows solid blocking footwork and closes well, staying balanced and disciplined in her movements. Miss Neal is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but is listed on our official Watch List. She plays for Grand Oaks High School and also plays for the TAV Houston volleyball club. Blessed with amazing height and a strong work ethic, Jordan was turning some heads with her play both in the individual positional drills and the scrimmage portion also. While everyone will notice how tall she is immediately, if you watch her for just a minute, you will see a highly skilled blocker and attacker who has not realized her potential yet. After watching her at the showcase, it is very apparent that this year during the club season, she will have a breakout year. You can tell that she truly loves to play this wonderful sport and it is infectious to her teammates. While a lot of middles tire out and take plays off at times, Jordan pushed herself very hard and showed a super high motor. Every coach will love that aspect of her play and it will take her far on every team she competes on for the foreseeable future. We have seen her grow into where she is as an athlete over the last few years and think she still has tons left in her to keep getting better. Stay tuned to see more from Miss Neal as this season progresses. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this showcase.

Neal is a high school state champion with Grand Oaks and a standout at the club level with TAV Houston . She has been to some of our events in the past, and it was great to see how much progress she’s been able to make since the last time I saw her. Standing at 6’2″, she was one of the tallest players on the court, and it seems she’s been learning how to truly make the most of her height advantage, as opponents had no answer when she made her strong approach on offense, making contact with the ball at a very high point. Neal has been able to put more heat into her swings and seems to have raised her level in every middle set.

Neal is one of the players who will be on the court his week that I’m yet to watch, and I’m very much looking forward to it based on what I heard and watched from her. The middle stood out at the Girls Junior National Championship last month and seems to have tremendous potential, especially considering she’s part of two elite programs, which have a tradition of developing elite-level players, in Grand Oaks High School and the TAV Houston club. She’s an offensive force at the net, making the most of her size and always making a strong approach for the ball, which allows her to swing very hard every time she goes up. Neal can play some right side too, and it’s easy to tell how smoothly she transitions from one position to the other.
