She played her freshman year ball at Benet Academy and is my 2nd time seeing her in person. She can really put that ball down on you quickly. Very athletic, lanky type build with a lot of explosion and power. She grabs your attention in hitting lines and shows she could put swings on you during gameplay as well. She hits the ball very solidly and is a skilled all-around player as well. She snaps that wrist and the ball flies off of her hand! She's listed at 6'1' but seems deceptively taller. Has long arms and uses her whole body when she hits. Can hit it cross court on you, tooling the ball hard into your block, or just over you. Her ball seems heavy when hit, and that's a good thing in volleyball. Believe she played school ball at Homewood Flossmoor and club at 1st Alliance. I seen her get some blocks at the pin hitter position, but also saw her make some really hard swings. I'm assuming she has played some all around, as showed a plethora of skills! She has very good footwork and fundamentals and for some reason her athleticism sneaks up on you as she seems cool calm and collected. But if you ease up she will detonate on you for one of her kills. She is a really good passer, has a great feel for the game, but can really hit the ball too. At the Exposure Event she was hitting the ball hard during positional drills. And made good choices during gameplay. She has a great approach and puts big swings on the ball. She's a smart player as well who can hit cut shots cross court and to the corners. She can bring the hammer from the OH spot or the RS! She sneaks up on you with her explosiveness. She goes up and when that arm swing comes through it's fast and powerful. She can spray the ball all over the court but she is coming to attack you. Some players on the RS don't look comfortable but she does. She is another one of those players who can do anything for you on the court. I was impressed with her mechanics and approach when swinging for kills. She has a powerful swing and is highly skilled. When she fully extends while hitting she makes herself bigger and taller than listed. She had a really nice swing getting full contact and hitting down on the ball. Another one of these freshman who play varsity for their school! She can give you all the shots. Thumb down pinky down cut shots you name it. She explodes out of her approach, gets great extension on her swing and delivers. She's aggressive and not afraid to let loose with one of her cannon type hits. Hits a heavy ball. Saw her during some gameplay drills and she was not scared, confident, and delivered some nice hits.
