The 300 Club: Elite Freshman Setters

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Class of 2029 will start getting its flowers on Prep Dig Kansas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Last month, athletes at the top of the state leaderboards in the classes of 2026-2028 were featured.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>For the rest of December, I will be working on updating the Class of 2029 rankings and scouring the leaderboards looking for new names, before heading out on the club scene to primarily scout 15U and 14U teams.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I'll start by featuring setters who played at the varsity level and reached the 300-assist plateau.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is not an all-inclusive list. Some teams do not post public stats. She is currently ranked No. 4 overall by Prep Dig Kansas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='895284' first='Allie' last='Dumler']</strong>, 5'8”, S/RS, Blue Valley (Randolph), ‘29</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Dumler registered 570 assists in 94 sets during her freshman season. She is currently ranked No. 42 overall by Prep Dig Kansas. She racked up 400 assists in 88 sets played. She is ranked No. 161 overall in the Class of 2029.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='913496' first='Kenna' last='Kimball']</strong>, 5'9”, S, Central Heights, '29</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kimball recorded 362 assists in 62 sets played for the Vikings. She is currently an unranked setter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='913503' first='Rylee' last='Randall']</strong>, 5'7”, S, Flinthills, ‘29</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Randall dished out 351 assists in 88 sets played for the Mustangs. She is currently unranked, but earmarked to be added. She posted impressive totals of 320 digs and 159 kills as a freshman.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='895287' first='Cele' last='Baker']</strong>, 5'5”, S, Wichita County, ‘29</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>During her freshman campaign, Baker tallied 341 assists in 90 sets played.
