She makes nice first touches and communicates. She will not step in front of teammates if they are both going after balls. She pulls up quickly if she notices balls going out of bounds. Pinkerton (pictured) adds in nice jump serves. Pinkerton can turn into a sound defensive specialist if she improves her quickness and reaction time to balls. Spencer makes quality out of system passes. She delivers a sound spinning serve trying to key on the opponent's weaknesses. Spencer can push balls to lines if needed. Spencer said the loud one on the court has an impact on the team. Spencer said if the one player wants it, everyone else steps forward.
